"Crypto Payments Available, Customer Service Could Be Quicker"
It's pretty neat that they accept payments in cryptocurrency. The customer support took a little while to respond, but they were courteous and kept their promises.

"Unable to Reach Customer Service"
I can't seem to get in touch with anyone. I tried calling multiple times and even left a message, plus I shot them an email, but no response came my way. I ended up having to cancel my order since it’s been 15 business days and my item was still stuck in the confirmed stage. It's a bummer because they used to be really great.

"Fans from Growbuds"
Last year, I bought 5 oscillating 6-inch fans. When they arrived, 2 of them were faulty, so I reached out to Growbuds, and they sent me replacements for those. A few days later, another 3 fans stopped working, and I never heard back from them. After sending multiple emails, I still got no reply, which means I now have 7 fans that don’t work. I wouldn’t consider buying from them again. I also got 6 spider farmer lights from them, and I really hope I don’t run into issues with those. Dealing with their customer service is a complete hassle. If you’re thinking about making a purchase, please, I urge you to look elsewhere.

"Fantastic support that exceeds what you'd expect!"
I had put in a preorder for some fans, but sadly, it got caught up in the supply chain mess that every business has been dealing with lately. The customer service rep kept me updated the whole way through, and when it was obvious that my fan order wouldn’t arrive in time, they swapped it out for a similar product that was priced higher than what I originally ordered. I’m really pleased with how everything turned out and will definitely check here first for all my growing needs.

"My Experience with This Company"
I've been working with this company for roughly a year, and I’ve got no issues at all. "Ordered the AC Infinity Fan and Filter"
I got the AC Infinity fan along with the filter. The filter was out of stock when I placed my order. After chatting with the customer service at Growbuds, I opted to have them send it once the filter became available. To my surprise, my fan and filter arrived quicker than I thought they would. For sure, I’ll be shopping with Growbuds again soon!

"Great product, but customer service needs work"
This product is really great, but it does take a bit of time to sort out some issues. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the terrible customer service. I had a problem with a leak and when I called, I got a lady who barely spoke English and was no help at all. She just told me to send an email, and that was the end of it. I did send an email, but I never got a response. The leak was my fault, not the product's. Once I figured that out, the auto pot system is running like a charm and my plants are thriving.

"Terrible service, wasted a month and went elsewhere"
The customer support is practically nonexistent. I had to call a few times since emailing them was a total waste of time. The shipping date was way slower than their already pushed-back estimate. After waiting more than a month, they finally said they’d ask the warehouse to cancel my order. My package never left their warehouse, and they eventually took the charge off my card. This all happened after being misled repeatedly about when my order would actually ship. Buyers, be cautious! I could never get in touch with the warehouse in California, just their 'office' on the east coast.

"Had to replace my tower fan for more space..."
I had to replace my tower fan to create extra floor space in my tent. Growbuds fans turned out to be just what I needed. They clip on easily to the tent poles and pack a good punch (for my 4x4 tents). I did have to put a bit of tape around the pole just below the fan clip to stop it from gradually sliding down. Aside from that minor tweak, I'm really impressed with the fan. I ended up ordering three of them.

"Growbuds is a lifesaver"
Hey, I’m from Alaska and I picked up a complete grow kit. Finding growing gear up here is nearly impossible, so I’m really impressed with the customer service from Growbuds. My tent and lights arrived super fast, which is a big deal for being up north. I’d totally recommend Growbuds for all your growing stuff. All my equipment is top-notch, and after dealing with other companies, I’ve finally found my go-to for all my growing needs.

Using "Growbuds" has been a fantastic experience. They’re quick, polite, and super helpful. I rely on them for all my indoor gardening supplies. If they happen to be out of stock on something, they’ll let you know when it’s back. That’s pretty handy, especially for those specific items you might be after.

"Deceptive site and awful service..."
This site is misleading and their customer support is just plain terrible. They advertise products by the case, but what you actually get is just one item. I reached out to them for help, but they expect me to cover a restocking fee for their blunder. Not once did they say sorry for the mix-up; they just treated it like it was my issue.

"Outstanding Service Every Time"
This marks the fourth occasion I've dealt with this company. For me, it's been top-notch service all along. Each order has been spot on and delivered quickly and discreetly. I'm definitely a returning customer. I've seen some negative reviews, but the folks at the company always get back to me whenever I have a question. They've consistently been super helpful. "My initial purchase from GrowBuds included 3 of..."
I made my initial purchase from GrowBuds, which included 3 of their 6” oscillating fans. They really do a fantastic job of circulating air. Unfortunately, one fan had an issue 😵, as there was a short in the supply wire 😳. I managed to fix the supply line, and now the fan is working again 😊. Best, DS

"Just got myself a Spider Farmer..."
I just picked up a Spider Farmer SF2000 for my garden, and I can't even describe how happy it makes me!
